اخیرا سایت اینترنت آرشیو که بیشتر اون رو به‌خاطر آرشیو متون دیجیتالش میشناسند (مخصوصا نسخه‌های قدیمی صفحات اینترنتی) اعلام کرده که کمک‌های نقدی رو در قالب بیت کوین هم قبول می‌کنه. این سایت اعلام کرده از این کمک‌ها قرار است برای پرداخت بخشی از حقوق کارمندانش استفاده کند و اگه همه چی درست پیش برود این کار را از آپریل ۲۰۱۳ شروع می‌کند.

بیت کوین (به انگلیسی: Bitcoin)‏ نوعی پول دیجیتال بر پایه شبکه همتا به همتا، امضای دیجیتال و اثبات دانایی صفر است و به کاربران امکان می‌دهد که بدون هیچ واسطه‌ای انتقال پول غیر قابل بازگشت انجام دهند.

گره‌های شبکه هر معامله را در شبکه اعلام می‌کنند که پس از تایید در یک سیستم اثبات کار، در یک تاریخچه عمومی به نام Blockchain ذخیره می‌شود. بیت کوین در سال ۲۰۰۹ توسط یک برنامه‌نویس ژاپنی به نام ساتوشی ناکاموتو پایه‌گذاری شد.

بیت کوین امکان پرداخت‌های بسیار کم هزینه را فراهم می‌کند. شبکه بیت کوین سیستم کنترل کننده متمرکز ندارد و توسط هیچ ارگان یا نهاد دولتی اداره نمی‌شود. زمان متوسط تایید هر انتقال بیت‌کوین، تقریبا ده دقیقه است. انتقال پول از یک نقطه به نقطه دیگر در تمام شبکه اطلاع رسانی شده و تمام نقاط از آن آگاه خواهند شد.

قبل از ابداع بیت کوین، سیستم‌های مالی آنلاین برای امنیت به یک سیستم کنترل‌کننده مرکزی احتیاج داشتند. ناکاموتو با استفاده از شیوه اثبات کار در یک شبکه همتا به همتا، راهی جایگزین پیشنهاد کرد.

بنابر اندازه هش محاسبه شده در وبسایت bitcoinwatch.com این مقدار از 1 اگزا فلاپ (1,000 petaFLOPS) گذشته است و این یعنی بیش از 8 برابر سرعت 500 ابر رایانه برتر در دنیا !

USMS: A Single Bidder Claimed All Bitcoins in Last Week’s Auction

Some new information is surfacing with regard to the highly-publicized bitcoin auction held by the United States Marshals Service (USMS) last week. That auction ran for twelve hours from 6am – 6pm.

We’re learning via a CoinDesk report that the USMS has announced that a single bidder has claimed all 29,656.51306529 bitcoins, which were made available in nine blocks of 3,000 coins, and one block of 2,656.51306529 bitcoins.

The Service said the following in a Tuesday statement:

The US Marshals Bitcoin auction resulted in one winning bidder. The transfer of the bitcoins to the winner was completed today.

According to an agenda provided by the Marshals Service, the winning bidder was notified on or before 5pm Eastern time on Monday, June 30th. That bidder was then responsible for wiring the agreed-upon amount by today, July 1st.

We can assume that has happens, since the Service made note of the fact that the bitcoins have been transfer, a transaction that can be viewed on Blockchain.info here (bonus: tons of interesting signed messages in there).

It will be up to the winner to decide whether he/she/they will want to publicly reveal themselves — something many in the bitcoin community hopes will happen soon. They are, however, under no obligation.

Barry Silbert recently came out to announce that his syndicate was outbid on all blocks, as did Pantera Capital. Earlier today, The Bitcoin Shop also announced they too were outbid on all blocks.

It will be interesting to see whether or not the prevailing bidder will come out in the days/weeks ahead announcing their victory. Do you think we’re likely to see this happen?

BitPay Introduces BitAuth, a Password Authentication Protocol

Atlanta, Georgia-based BitPay today introduced a new password-less means of authentication dubbed BitAuth — designed to reduce (or even eliminate) the storage of passwords on server-side, and thus decreasing the impact of a compromised server.

“We’ve given long and careful thought to how best to protect the security of our customers’ data, of especially critical importance when dealing with financial information. Existing authentication schemes that you might be familiar with include username and password, client-side SSL certificates, or even shared secrets — in the end of our review, we found each of these to be lacking in various ways, so we made the decision to build BitAuth,” the company wrote Tuesday in a blog post.

By using the same “elliptic-curve cryptography” in use by Bitcoin, BitAuth allows the client to sign each request he/she makes, and the server will then check and see if the signature matches a the appropriate public key.

“A nonce is used to prevent replay attacks and provide sequence enforcement,” the company’s developers wrote.

A glance at the system

BitAuth makes use of a SIN, or System Identification Number, a “new form of indentity based on a cryptographic keypair” originally proposed by bitcoin core developer Jeff Garzik.

“The SIN is analogous to a Bitcoin address,” the developers write, adding that the “SIN can be shared openly with the world, as the corresponding private key is kept on the clientside and never transmitted over the wire.”

BitPay says:

The BitAuth authentication scheme is directly compatible with the familiar username (or email) and password mechanic. In fact, when storing private keys, we recommend encrypting them with a passphrase, so even these are resilient to attack or compromise. The primary difference with BitAuth’s method is that the password is never sent over the wire, in any format.

By using this particular system, the user will still encounter a similar experience to entering a username or password, “but locally use that password to decrypt the private key and subsequently use it to sign the request,” BitPay says.

Should the server being used becomes compromised, the integrity of the user’s authentication form remains untouched, though the story is different if the end user’s machine is compromised, as the password is stored locally.

Here’s how the system compares to traditional methods of authentication, quoted from BitPay:

1. Only a compromise of the client machine can endanger the system’s security.

2. Because the private key is never revealed to the server, it does not need to be exchanged between the server and client over a side channel like in HMAC.

3. Easy to implement wherever the Bitcoin protocol is implemented.

4. Decoupled from Bitcoin addresses, allowing for a more explicit separation from financial transactions and allowing for greater privacy.

5. Identity becomes portable — the same identity can be used on multiple services, letting you take your identity with you.

“We believe that widespread adoption of BitAuth (or a similar scheme) will enhance the security of the web, and look forward to seeing further services adopting this mechanism,” the company says.

Prof. Mark T. Williams: “My Concerns Over Bitcoin Remain”

The chatter on social media surrounding December 2013 comments by Boston University Professor Mark T. Williams (better known inside the community as ‘Professor Bitcorn’) is as loud as ever as we begin the second half of 2014.

Williams had taken to business publication Business Insider to voice his concerns over the digital currency, which was at the time just out of a massive bubble and an all-time high.

“I predict that Bitcoin will trade for under $10 a share by the first half of 2014, single digit pricing reflecting its option value as a pure commodity play,” he wrote in a piece entitled FINANCE PROFESSOR: Bitcoin Will Crash To $10 By Mid-2014.

Yet here we are, smack-dab in the middle of the year, and bitcoin isn’t trading anywhere near $10 per coin as Williams predicted. In fact, the price at the Bitstamp exchange is over eight percent up in the past three days, hovering over $640 at the time of this writing.

Perhaps with the off-the-mark prediction we might see some level of a prediction change from Williams? Not exactly.

I caught up with Williams [who's presently in Istanbul] on Tuesday evening to find out just where he stands on the subject. As it were, Williams told me his “concerns over bitcoin remain,” not surprisingly.

“In April I provided a 30 page congressional testimony listing my various risk concerns,” the professor pointed out (you can find it here or embedded below). “Bitcoin is in a hyper bubble and will implode.”

In that testimony, Williams reaffirmed his concerns with the digital currency, outlining what he called “unaddressed” risks on a number of different fronts.

“Bitcoin is in a hyper bubble and will implode,” Williams told me. “Since my prediction in 2013 Bitcoin has dropped by 50 percent. In February during the flash crash a trade of 6,000 coins momentarily pushed the price down by over 80 percent to a low of $102. Bitcoin is extremely volatile. It is 7 times riskier than gold, 8 times riskier than S&P 500 and 15 times riskier than the US Dollar.”

During our exchange, the Professor also commented on this past Friday’s Marshals auction, which saw the sale of over 29,000 bitcoins seized from the illicit Silk Road marketplace in late 2013.

“The market is also thinly traded and this is why the U.S. Marshals Service held a private auction instead of selling on a public exchange such as [BTC-e]. If the government had dumped over 29,000 e-coins on the public market, prices would have plummeted,” he said.

Meanwhile, on social media, the bitcoin community has taken to make light of Williams’ [so far] inaccurate prediction. From Williams’ prospective, however, the bottom line is clear.

“The Bitcoin market remains unhealthy and extremely hazardous to investor financial health,” he concluded.

Bitcoin Price Rises Nearly Eight Percent in a Day

Bitcoin chart-watchers are no-doubt glued to their screens at the moment. Over the past twenty-four hours, the price of bitcoin has climbed nearly eight percent to a high of $647 at the Bitstamp exchange — which is up from a 24-hour low of $593. Impressive!

While we can’t say for sure what has caused this increase, there’s been no shortage of news over the weekend related to the United States Marshals Service’s bitcoin auction, which saw the sale of over 29,000 bitcoins seized from the now-defunct (yet, re-established under new management, so to speak) Silk Road illicit marketplace.

It’s a significant climb here, and many in the community can’t help but to wonder how the markets will react once news of a winner gets released (which could be anytime Monday or Tuesday).

Already we’re hearing from some involved that they’ve been contacted by the Marshals Service and notified their bids weren’t quite good enough. Barry Silbert, for example, announced something along these lines Monday afternoon via Twitter:

Others involved with the auction included Pantera Capital and even Circle Internet financial, but we’ve yet to hear from the prevailing bidders on the matter. Moreover, the Marshals service said earlier today that they “do not have the final number of winning bidders yet,” but things may have since changed since the statement was made.

Electronics Retail Giant Newegg Now Accepting Bitcoin

Major electronics e-retailer Newegg is now accepting bitcoin for their inventory of over ten million products that include consumer electronics, computer systems, video games, and even household utilities in a move that will rattle how bitcoin enthusiasts shop for electronics on the internet.

Any one of the California-based company’s 25 million registered customers can now take advantage of paying for their goods in the emerging digital currency that has grown tremendously in the past two years thanks to a partnership with Atlanta, Georgia-based BitPay.

“Newegg’s customers are among some of the earliest bitcoin miners and are enthusiastic proponents of the crypto-currency. Adopting bitcoin as a payment method is another way we’re responding to our customers’ diverse needs,” said Newegg’s Soren Mills, who serves as Chief Marketing Officer for the company’s operations in North America. “Working with BitPay to implement a bitcoin payment option at Newegg was a seamless process and our partnership gives us the capabilities we require for high-volume e-commerce.”

Newegg’s decision to partner with BitPay came as a direct result “of the company’s industry-leading reliability and scalability,” which will effectively allow Newegg to handle refunds and payment exceptions with the processor’s advanced payment API.

“Our mission is to make bitcoin every merchant’s favorite form of payment. Forward-thinking merchants like Newegg allow bitcoin enthusiasts from around the world to shop with ease,” said BitPay Co-founder and Executive Chairman Tony Gallippi. “Newegg has been the most requested retailer from the bitcoin community and our collaboration will serve this pent-up demand.”

With over 35,000 merchants on board and over $30 million in venture capitalist funding, BitPay is now processing over one million dollars in bitcoin payments every day.

BitPay is also processing payments for Newegg competitor TigerDirect.

How bitcoin payments work

Upon attempting to check out on the Newegg website, customers will now see the ‘bitcoin’ option in addition to traditional means of payment.

If the customer already has a digital wallet, they can click the ‘Pay with Bitcoin’ button — which will auto-populate the necessary fields to quickly send payment.

Alternatively, customer can scan the presented QR code with their mobile device if applicable, or they can simply view the address and copy it to the wallet of their choice (assuming they are using a web wallet service like Blockchain.info, for example).

Major companies and bitcoin

Newegg joins an ever-increasing list of major companies that have decided to take advantage of the distinct features that make bitcoin appealing to merchants.

Overstock.com became the first major company in the world to adopt the digital currency late last year when CEO Patrick Byrne announced to NEWSBTC last year that the plan was to start acceptance by the second half of 2014. Overwhelming press attention made the integration happen much quicker, and the company flipped the ‘on’ switch in January.

Richard Branson’s Virgin Galactic venture also announced last year they would be accepting bitcoin for flights into space — a whopping $250,000 per person.

This year we’ve seen TigerDirect join the bitcoin train (as noted above), and even DISH Network announced plans to start accepting bitcoin later this year.

Travel powerhouse Expedia also began accepting bitcoin payments this year for hotel bookings, adding they would be interested in expanding acceptance to other services like car rentals and flights if this trial [of sorts] goes well.

Demands met

Members of the bitcoin community have long wondered when Newegg would finally give in with regard to accepting digital currency as a means of payment, and no doubt this integration comes due to customer demand.

It will certainly be interesting to see how the sales pan out, but if Overstock and TigerDirect serve as examples, Newegg should be on track to making their first million in bitcoin fairly quickly.

TREZOR “On Track” With Classic Hardware Wallet

There’s been a decent amount of buzz surrounding the TREZOR hardware wallet, but very little excitement as to how long they’ve taken to be released (we’re still waiting), but Satoshi Labs released an update on the highly-anticipated devices last week, and they say things are “on track” with the Classic version of the wallet.

SatoshiLabs writes in their blog:

One of the first plastic cases for TREZOR Classics has been presented to us during our visit of the production facility today. We’re glad to confirm that our new producer is in line with our ETA announced in previous update.

In that previous update, the company had informed their customer base that the initial manufacturer they had selected to produce the cases for the TREZOR Classic ” turned out to be less professional in the real production,” missing a number of deadlines and not delivering satisfactory results.

But things are looking up for customers. SatoshiLabs says that shipments for pre-order backers are going to be shipped by the end of July. And as soon as they have more of the devices in stock, they say they will be opening their e-shop for regular sales.

SatoshiLabs adds:

In following days the first testing batch of 100 pieces will be produced and completed. Then we are going to put the devices through environmental chamber testing. They will be tortured with extreme temperatures, humidity and vibrations and once they prove to sustain standards for high quality electronics, we’ll give the green light to production.

QwikBit Accepts Delivery of First Batch of Bitcoin AVMs For Isle of Man Roll-Out

Bitcoin AVM (automated vending machine) operator QwikBit today announced that they have taken delivery of a first batch of bitcoin AVMs manufactured in Portugal by Lamassu for an eventual distribution on the Isle of Man and in the United Kingdom.

We’ve seen many of these Lamassu devices make their debut over the past year, but the location in which these particular machines will be placed is fitting.

That’s because the Isle of Man is hoping to become a hot spot for bitcoin activity. A number of businesses on the Isle have already committed to helping bitcoin businesses get started, as we reported last month.

The company has said that the first locations for the placement of the devices on both the Isle of Man and in the United Kingdom have been secured, and the team at QwikBit is working matters out with regulators on the Isle before launch time.

“We’ve been looking forward to the arrival of our first batch of Bitcoin AVMs for several weeks. In that time, we’ve been working on securing our first locations in the Isle of Man, and also liaising with Jason Kelly, a specialist lawyer and Vice Chairman of the Manx Digital Currency Association (“MDCA”), who has provided invaluable insight on local regulatory matters,” said Stan Ho, COO at QwikBit.

“Following the Isle of Man’s Financial Supervision Commission (“FSC”) announcement on Digital Currency, Qwikbit has also been liaising with the FSC regarding our launch. Once we have the green light, we’ll install a number of AVMs in the Isle of Man, and then roll out the rest of this batch in the UK,” Ho continued.

Lamassu CEO Zach Harvey says he’s pleased to see the launch:

“We’re very excited Qwikbit is launching on the Isle of Man with our Lamassu machines,” he said. “This is a big step towards making Bitcoin more accessible in the Isle of Man and in the UK.”

Bitcoin Shop Bids in USMS Bitcoin Auction Not Accepted

There’s been silence with regard to just who is the prevailing bidder when it comes to last Friday’s bitcoin auction held by the United States Marshals Service.

Things have been a little different when it comes to participants whose bids were not accepted, however. Both Barry Silbert of SecondMarket/Bitcoin Investment trust and  Dan Morehead of Pantera Capital announced their bids weren’t accepted, and now Bitcoin Shop, Inc. has come forth to announced their bids were also not accepted.

“Our bid with the USMS to purchase bitcoins through an online auction was not accepted,” said Bitcoin Shop CEO Charles Allen. “As a mechanism to hedge our proposed investment, we also bid through the Second Market syndicate for a smaller allocation, but that bid was not accepted either. After evaluating the current bitcoin currency landscape, we submitted a bid price that, if accepted, reflected our determination of a competitive and attractive value for our investors. Bitcoin Shop will continue to evaluate investment opportunities such as this in the future.”

Friday’s auction — which ran for twelve hours from 6 am to 6 pm Eastern time — made available more than 29,000 bitcoins worth over $18 million.

The bitcoins were auctioned off in two blocks. A ‘Series A’ block made available 9 blocks of 3,000 bitcoins, and a ‘Series B’ auction made available 2,646 bitcoins.

The bidding syndicate that Allen mentioned (which ran through SecondMarket) was designed to allow smaller-scale investors to participate in the auction. That is to say that instead of having to submit a deposit of $200,000 in order to become part of the auction (as required per the USMS), the syndicate’s requirement was to deposit a minimum of $25,000. The collective bids could also have been much larger than any one investor could afford, but of course that was not the case.

The 29,000 bitcoins auctioned off originated from the now-defunct Silk Road illicit marketplace shut down late last year, a service allegedly run by Ross Ulbricht (also known as Dread Pirate Roberts). He is currently awaiting trial, and another version of the Silk Road marketplace has since opened for business.

دانشگاه “قهرمانان کارآفرین” از تدریس در بیت کوین استقبال می کند

دانشگاه دراپر دانشگاهی معمولی نیست. در واقع اگر سالهای تحصیل در دانشگاه را به اتمام رسانده اید ، احتمالا به هیچ موسسه ی آموزش عالی که تا کنون شنیده اید، شباهت ندارد.

تیم دراپر، سرمایه گذار مشهور با جسارت و مدیر عامل شرکت VC ، Draper Fisher Jurvetson، مدرسه ای را تاسیس کرد. ( برای مطالعه ی بیوگرافی دراپر به  وبسایت شرکت مراجعه کنید. و علاوه بر جزییات و سوابق برنامه ها ی آموزشی ، تصویری از دراپر را در حال راندن مجسمه ای از یک حیوان شاخدار ،مشاهده خواهید کرد. )

هدف این مدرسه با نام رسمی “دانشگاه قهرمانان دراپر” (Draper University of Heroes) آموزش نسل بعدی کارآفرینان در جهان است. دانشگاه در تعیین معیارهای پذیرش دانش آموزان ورودی، سواد یا نمره ی SAT ( نوعی آزمون ورودی برای ورود به دانشگاه) را مد نظر قرار نمی دهد. بلکه ملاک ، فرم درخواست می باشد و صریحا تلاش بر این است که میل و رغبت افراد برای ریسک پذیری به عنوان یک شخص کارآفرین ، به عنوان یکی از شرایط لازم برای پذیرش تعیین شود.

تعجبی ندارد که دانشگاه دراپر ، مستقر در دره ی سیلیکون، اولین مدرسه ای است که بیت کوین را به عنوان شهریه قبول می کند. هفته ی گذشته، این مدرسه  با اعلام این خبر تاکید کرد که “دراپر” اولین نهاد آموزشی است که بیت کوین را به رسمیت می شناسد. طبیعتا، CoinDesk برای اطلاعات بیشتر با این مدرسه تماس گرفته است.

کارول لو ، یکی از نمایندگان دانشگاه دراپر، با ابراز امیدواری برای پیگیری بیشتر در آینده، عنوان می کند که : “تا کنون، یک دانش آموز در کلاس های تابستانی شرکت کرده و شهریه ی خود را به بیت کوین  پرداخت کرده است.”

وی می افزاید ” ما همچنین قصد بازگشایی فضای کاری مشارکتی در سراسر خیابان از دانشگاه دراپر را داریم و برای پرداخت هزینه ها در آن بخش نیز بیت کوین مورد پذیرش ما خواهد بود. “

Boost VC ، یکی از شرکت های VC که توسط “آدام”  پسر  “تیم دراپر”  تاسیس شده است، اقدام به تامین بودجه برای موسسات نوپای اینترنتی مرتبط با بیت کوین می کند و موسسه ای را در نزدیکی دانشگاه دراپر که بیت کوین را به عنوان ارز می پذیرد افتتاح کرده است.

فضای آموزش عالی در ایالات متحده برای تغییر و تحول آماده است. با توجه به اینکه به دلیل  افزایش هزینه های شهریه ، بسیاری از افراد، تحصیلات خود را  بخاطر حجم  بالایی از بدهی ها برای وام های دانشجویی و مهارت های ضعیف شغلی کنار گذاشته اند، برخی – از جمله دانشگاه دراپر – ایده ی سنتی دوره های 4 ساله ی تحصیلات دانشگاهی را به چالش کشیده اند.

شرکت “بهترین دوست خریدار” (BBF) ، یک خرده فروشی غذاهای صنعتی، شکلات و هدایای با کیفیت و تنقلات شیرین و سالم است. از زمانی که “سا” این شرکت را در سال 2012 تاسیس کرد ، سه نوع مواد غذایی را در سان فرانسیسکو توزیع کرده است : در “ساختمان فِری” ،”سواحل شمالی” و “هایت آشبری”. هر سه مکان بیت کوین را می پذیرند ، در ازای بقیه ی  پول بیت کوین ارائه می دهند و برای دریافت بیت کوین نیز پول نقد می پردازند.

coinDesk  می پرسد: پذیرش بیت کوین به عنوان روش پرداخت وجه قابل درک است. اما روش های دیگر پرداخت ارز به چه صورت است؟ آیا آماده ی پذیرش انواع دیگر ارزهای مجازی هم می باشید؟

“آدام سا” پاسخ می دهد : برنامه ی ما در نقطه ی فروش (POS)، پذیرش بیت کوین، و همچنین انواع کارت های اعتباری  credit/debit (که بسیار پرطرفدارند) و پول نقد یا چک (که تقریبا هیچ کس از آنها استفاده نمی کند) می باشد. بیت کوین روش مورد علاقه ما برای پرداخت وجه است. پول نقد از جهت شمارش و کنترل با دشواری بسیاری همراه است. و کارت های اعتباری برای پرداخت هزینه های بالا بکار می رود. قبل از قبول سایر ارزهای مجازی،  لازم است از روشی استفاده شود که به اندازه ی بیت کوین برای مصرف کنندگان پرطرفدار باشد.

Coindesk : چرا تصمیم بر آن شد که بیت کوین،مورد قبول باشد؟ آیا به این دلیل که شما یا فرد با نفوذی در شرکت تان مشتاق این امر بود ، یا یکی از مشتریان آن را درخواست کرد یا اینکه شما کاربرهای بیت کوین را مد نظر داشتید؟

“سا” : این کسب و کار و تجارت در مراحل ابتدایی خویش است و ما خواهان آن بودیم تا راهی پیدا کنیم که مشتریان جدید تری را به خود جذب کنیم. من خودم یک فرد اهل فن هستم و در باره ی رشد افراد و گروه های بکاربرنده ی بیت کوین چیزهایی شنیده ام. و همچنین مشاهده کردم که دایرکتورهای آنلاینی همچون  Bitcoin.travel و localbitcoins.com وجود دارند که میتوان با آنها در ارتباط بود. از نظر من ، این تمام آن چیزی ست که لازم است.

CoinDesk: چه مدت است که بیت کوین را به عنوان وجه قبول می کنید ؟

“سا” : در حدود یک ماه.

CoinDesk: تجارت شما دقیقا به چه صورتی با بیت کوین معامله ترتیب می دهد ؟ آیا برنامه ی کاربردی ویژه و یا وجه و موجودی خاصی  در این زمینه وجود دارد که ترجیح می دهید آن را بکار ببرید؟ آیا معامله ها فورا ثبت و تایید می شوند یا نیاز به مدت زمان بیشتری می باشد؟

“سا” : ما فورا معاملات را ثبت و تایید می کنیم و به مشتریان امکان این را می دهیم که به کارشان ادامه دهند. there are better hacks than stealing chocolate . تقریبا یک ساعت طول می کشد تا یک معامله ی بیت کوین به طور کامل ثبت شود که البته از کارت های اعتباری بسیار بهتر است چرا که 30 تا 60 روز طول می کشد تا معاملات به طور کامل ثبت شود.

دلال های معاملات بازرگانی بر روی بیت کوین شرط بندی می کنند

نشانه های جدیدی مبنی بر  پذیرش بیت کوین در دنیای مالی وجود دارد. دو دلال معاملات ارزی دودوئی – SetOption و TradeRush – ارائه ی معامله با استفاده از بیت کوین را آغاز کرده اند. در مطبوعات منتشر شده از سوی هر دو کمپانی، واکنشی بسیار روشن نسبت به نوسانات ایجاد ارزش در ارزهای دیجیتال وجود دارد.

در نگاه اول، این امر خبر خوبی تلقی می شود که بیت کوین یک گام به دریافت پذیرش از سوی جریانات اصلی ، نزدیک تر می شود. سهام داران یا کارگزاران بازار سهام، ارزش های تجارت بین بیت کوین و ارزهای بدون پشتوانه را ارزیابی می کنند. این کارگزاران معاملات ارزی،  بدون شک ، دارای اصول اولیه ی بیت کوین در وبسایت های آموزشی می باشند و در نتیجه  تاجران بیشتری  در معرض بکارگیری ارزهای دیجیتال خواهند بود.

این گفته به این معناست که کارگزاران بورس نوسانات بیت کوین را به عنوان عاملی در راستای منافع خود، کشف و ضبط کرده اند. در حالیکه بسیاری از افراد این امر را به عنوان عاملی که بر خلاف کارآمدی بیت کوین عمل می کند، در نظر گرفته اند.

TradeRush در بیانیه ی مطبوعاتی خود، اظهار داشت:

تجارت و انجام معاملات با استفاده از ارز خصوصی بیت کوین و نرخ آن مدام در حال تغییر است و تجربیات ما در این زمینه به طور قابل توجهی رو به گسترش است. به همین دلیل است که تجارت با بیت کوین چنین محبوبیتی را در بازار کسب کرده است.

این گفته این ایده را که مردم از بیت کوین به عنوان یک کالای سود رسان استفاده می کنند تا نوعی ارز قابل اعتماد ، تایید می کند.  این امر به خودی خود می تواند به ارز آسیب برساند. چگونه کسی می تواند به ارزش یک ارز اعتماد کند درحالیکه مدام در حال تغییر است؟

کارگزاران سهام در حال حاضر مسئولیت رسیدگی به ارزهای بدون پشتوانه را به عهده گرفته اند، و بنابراین نمیتوان آنها را بخاطر سرمایه گذاری های قماری یا احتکار، محکوم کرد. با این حال، بیت کوین نیازمند آن است که در عرصه ی پاداش و تشویق تجار و نیز دادن اعتماد به نفس به بازرگانان و مشتریان ، به تعادل برسد.

دولت آلمان ، مالیات بر سود سرمایه را به نفع بیت کوین کاهش می دهد

معاملات بیت کوین در آلمان پس از گذشت یک سال، از مالیات بر سود سرمایه  معاف شد. در آلمان، دارایی هایی همچون سهام و اوراق قرضه، موظف به پرداخت 25 درصد مالیات بر سود ( به علاوه ی اضافه بها برای همبستگی) و مالیات کلیسای وابسته به دولت می شوند. بر اساس تصمیمات اخذ شده، بیت کوین که بیشتر از یک سال از راه اندازی اش می گذرد، مشمول این پرداخت ها نمی شود.

بر اساس یک سایت خبری آلمان  Die Welt ، Frank Schaeffler کارشناس مالی ، بیان می کند : ” این خبر خوبی است که سرمایه گذاری در بیت کوین قانونی تلقی می شود و با گذشت یک سال، سود شخصی از فروش بیت کوین مالیات ندارد “.

آلمان برای مدت طولانی نسبت به وضعیت قانونی و حقوقی ارزهای دیجیتال به طور کلی، دچار عدم قطعیت بوده است. بنابراین افراد بسیاری از اینکه دولت فدرال آلمان در حال روشن ساختن موقعیت بیت کوین به عنوان سرمایه می باشد، بسیار خوشنود هستند.

Die Welt همچنین توضیح می دهد :

در صرافی های آنلاین مثل bitcoin.de و یا  mtgox.com  در اواسط سال 2012 ، 100 بیت کوین را می شد در ازای 550 یورو به دست آورد. اما امروزه، برای دریافت همان قدر بیت کوین باید در حدود 7600 یورو پرداخت کرد. در صورت فروش بعد از گذشت بیش از 12 ماه که سود به حدود 7000 یورو می رسد، 1750 یورو به عنوان مالیات اخذ می شود.

از نظر قانونی، بر اساس بخش 23، پاراگراف 1 ،  ماده 2 از قوانین مالیات بر در آمد، خرید و فروش بیت کوین نوعی معامله ی فروش خصوصی تلقی می شود که ( بر اساس بخش 2، بند 1، ماده 1،  شماره ی 7 قانون مالیات بر درآمد )  نوعی مالیات بر درآمد محسوب می شود. این الزامات قانونی به منظور جذب آن دسته از معاملاتی صورت گرفته است که دوره ی زمانی بین خرید و فروش آنها بیش از یک سال نباشد. بیت کوین در اجتماع اینترنتی خود نیز با محبوبیت روز افزون مواجه است، هرچند که به نوعی تفریحگاه نیز برای محتکران بدل گشته است. بیت کوین این امکان را فراهم می کند که پرداخت هزینه ی کالا و خدمات از طریق اینترنت و بدون نیاز به حساب های بانکی سنتی  یا کارت های اعتباری صورت بگیرد. اکنون بیش از 2000 شرکت و سازمان در سراسر جهان پول های دیجیتال را می پذیرند.

این حرکت می تواند منجر به گسترش پس انداز بیت کوین گردد که بعضی از افراد از آن با عنوان “احتکار” یاد می کنند. با این حال اگر مردم آلمان بیت کوین  را روشی واقع گرایانه برای ذخیره ی پول در نظر بگیرند، همین عمل به نوبه ی خود می تواند باعث افزایش ترویج بیت کوین شود.

زمانی که فردی بتواند ثابت کند که توازن خاصی را توانسته به مدت یک سال بر قرار کند و در صورتی که این تعادل از یک سال پیش تجاوز نکند،  از پرداخت مالیات برای خریدها ی بعدی و برداشت پول دیجیتال معاف خواهد شد.

این نکته نیز شایان ذکر است که مالیات بر سود سرمایه در آلمان در مورد تولید بیت کوین نیز صدق نمی کند. بلکه تنها در مورد سهام، اوراق قرضه  و غیره که به قصد احتکار در بازار خریداری شده اند،  صادق است. از آنجا کخ تولید بیت کوین اساسا تولید ارزش می کند، فقط نوعی مالیات بر درآمد معمولی اعمال خواهد شد.

چشم اندازی از کنفرانس بیت کوین لندن

علاقمندان به پول دیجیتال هفته ی آینده برای افتتاحیه ی کنفرانس بیت کوین لندن به پایتخت انگستان خواهند رفت.

این رویداد  یک روزه،  با سازماندهی st-ART ، در روز سه شنبه دوم جولای، در Level 39 ، در میدان کانادا در Canary Wharf برگزار خواهد شد. ثبت نام بین ساعات 8 و 9 آغاز و با سخنرانی پایانی در ساعت 17:50 به پایان خواهد رسید. افرادی که برای سخنرانی از آنها دعوت شده است عبارتند از :  Stefan Thomas از Ripple ، Jered Kenna از Tradehill ، و  Shakil Khan بنیان گذار CoinDesk .

بحث هایی با پوشش دادن موضوعات مختلف انجام خواهد شد که عبارتند از : “ستاره ی رو به گسترش راه اندازی اکوسیستم بیت کوین” ، “چالش های قانونی و حقوقی” ، “فرصت های سرمایه گذاری در فضای بیت کوین” به انضمام فرصت ها و امکانات دیگر شبکه.

Gulnar Hasnain ، یکی از سازماندهندگان این رویداد ، حضور 200 نفر را در این مراسم از آمریکا ، کانادا و اروپای شرقی و غربی  پیش بینی کرده است .

وی چنین توضیح می دهد : “بیشتر رویدادهای مرتبط با بیت کوین تا کنون با تمرکز قوی بر تکنولوژی و سیاست های آزادیخواهانه صورت گرفته است. اما ما خواهان آن بودیم که با تمرکز بر کسب و کار و فرصت های سرمایه گذاری حول محور بیت کوین عمل کنیم.”

Hasnain عنوان کرد که این گردهمایی فرصت ارتباط با کارآفرینان، مالکان و سرمایه گذاران بیت کوین و همچنین متخصصان خدمات مالی  و صندوق های تامینی را فراهم می کند.

آیا بیت کوین ارز میان-کهکشانی آینده خواهد بود؟
